
Summertime is coming to an end and your interpreting schedule is in full effect! Does it seem like you are getting assignments left and right? How can you manage your assignments with HIS Sign?
Take advantage of eRSP – the online scheduling tool used by HIS Sign to manage interpreter assignments! We know – you may be thinking ‘not another password to remember and cumbersome agency program to learn?!’ Don’t worry – eRSP is user-friendly and easy to use!
eRSP provides HIS Sign interpreters with the ability to:
- Set your availability

- Accept available assignments on a first come, first-served basis
- View a calendar of interpreter services you have been assigned to
- Generate reports for services you have provided to HIS Sign – helpful for personal tax and budgeting purposes
Logging into eRSP
The HIS Sign online scheduling tool can be accessed from any computer or device with internet access.
- Go to http://hissign.ersp.biz/
- Click on the “Interpreter Login” button for Point of Service access
- Enter your credentials received from HIS Sign. If you need help with your username and password, contact TerpAdmin@HISsign.com.
Your home page is a summary with a view of your personal contact information, current week schedule, link to open broadcasts as well as recent activity for the last 7 days.
If your name, or any contact information – including your mailing address – has changed, please contact TerpAdmin@HISsign.com.
- My Calendar
This is the month view of your assignments with HIS Sign. Use the “Prev” and “Next” buttons to toggle between months to view past, present and future assignments. The status of each assignment will be displayed. Use the “Legend” to identify the status of your assignment.
Click the customer listed to view request details.
If you are showing Unconfirmed for an assignment, please contact TerpAdmin@HISsign.com. You are only confirmed for an assignment once you are confirmed by the scheduling department.
- My Messages
The messaging feature is not currently used by HIS Sign. To contact the scheduling department, please email RequestInterpreter@HISsign.com.
- My Account
- My Availability: If you are unavailable to accept assignments with HIS Sign for any given time, you may block your calendar. This is to prevent you from receiving job broadcasts that conflict with your availability. We recommend you use this if you have an ongoing assignment elsewhere, or will be out of town, or vacation.
- Broadcasts: All current assignments that meet your skills and qualifications will be listed. You may accept or decline any assignment. You must select “Submit Selections” for your status to be updated.
- Documents: Any pertinent documents and resources may be listed here.
- My Hours Report: You may pull an activity report that summarizes all interpreting assignments covering the date range specified. Please note, activity will only include requests that have been completed and processed for billing by the HIS Sign accounting department. Typically, requests are processed on a bi-weekly basis.
